Hi! I'm Shannon, the modern quilt pattern designer and teacher behind Shannon Fraser Designs. I like to call myself the accidental quilter as I'd discounted quilting as something I'd be interested in. That is until I made some half square triangles and I've been hooked since! I'm now on a mission to encourage you to dive into the creative, colourful and tactile world of quilting with my modern and easy to follow quilt patterns.

When I'm not spreading quilty joy, you'll normally find me working in my home studio based in Montreal, Canada sporting a messy top-knot and striped shirt, drinking coffee all while trying to wrangle my fabric stash!
